Residential/Shelter/Semi-Independent Living Programs
Assist residents with behavioral, educational, recreational skills in a beautiful and modern community home setting. Job responsibilities include, but not limited to, providing day-to-day supervision of residents to ensure their whereabouts at all times. Implement each resident’s Individual Treatment Plan and complete required documentation. Accurately administer medication to residents. Implement agency Behavior Modification System to provide structure.
Child Care Worker positions require Bachelor’s Degree, valid driver’s license with a safe driving record, and availability for evening and weekend shifts. Must be at least 21.

Awake Overnight Child Care Worker
Assist residents during sleeping hours and provide supervision to residents during morning hours. Job responsibilities include, but not limited to, providing overnight supervision to residents to ensure their whereabouts at all times. Logging events in the house log book throughout the night. Ensuring an accurate census in the house by making overnight call-ins. Ensure the cleanliness of the house. Other duties as requested.
Awake Overnight Child Care Worker positions require an Associate’s degree or 60 college credits and a valid driver’s license with a safe driving record. Must be at least 21 years old.

Type reports, proposals, manuals, correspondence, etc. for assigned staff. File records, correspondence, etc. and maintain files in order, maintain various charts, lists, etc., schedule and coordinate meetings, Assume responsibility for specific ongoing projects, and other duties as requested to achieve agency goals.
High school diploma minimum, prefer college or specialized training beyond high school, Three years experience in the secretarial field. Excellent typing and word processing skills, Working knowledge of MS Office. Must be able to type 50 words per minute. Excellent and written communication. Must be able to handle multiple tasks in an organized, proficient manner. Flexible work schedule to work occasional evening or weekend hours.

Strawbridge School –Special Education
Instruct individuals and groups at appropriate developmental levels, Establish and maintain a safe physical environment conducive to learning, Plan and execute enrichment experiences such as field trips, Work effectively with other staff members in the interdisciplinary setting to address students' needs, Participate effectively in Interdisciplinary Meetings, staff/teacher meetings, Admission, Review, and Dismissal Committee Meetings, Planning Conferences, in-service training programs, Faculty Meetings, Expand on; adapt current curriculum programs to meet student needs, Develop individualized education plans for all assigned students and Implement school-wide behavior management system.
This position requires a Bachelor's degree from an accredited college or university, Certification by MSDE in special education or ability to maintain requirements for obtaining certification, Demonstration of applied knowledge of curriculum and the fundamental principals of psychology and human development, Demonstration of familiarity with cultural pattern existing within a community which may affect the behavior of students and Establishment of relationships with students on a group and individual basis gaining their confidence and trust and imparting a sense of security.

Assists with classroom instruction and behavior management for middle/high school Level V Special Education students with behavioral challenges. Requires Bachelor’s Degree. Experience in special education setting preferred.

Behavior Intervention Specialist
Must be able to assess potential crisis situations involving both individuals and groups and utilize necessary resources to de-escalate and/or defuse these situations, Respond quickly and appropriately to crises, at times requiring the use of physical restraint, using the least restrictive intervention necessary to de-escalate the situation, Demonstrate knowledge of human development, including understanding of the factors that contribute to dysfunctional behavior, Work cooperatively with others, Communicate effectively, both orally and it writing, Demonstrate familiarity with cultural pattern existing within a community that may affect the behavior of students.
This position requires a Bachelor's Degree in a human resource field and certification in Basic First Aid and CPR.

Early Childhood Education/Day Care
Care for and/or teach a child or group of children at appropriate developmental levels, maintain weekly lesson plans clearly defining efforts to provide for individual development, establish and maintain a safe physical environment conducive to learning, plan and execute enrichment experiences such as field trips, write required reports/keep accurate and orderly records, work effectively with parents, other staff and colleagues, participate effectively in all professional meetings including admission, review, parent conferences and in-service training programs as required, provide guidance and direction to assigned Assistant Teacher(s), and/or Volunteer(s) ensuring that they demonstrate a participating role within their assigned group of children and establish primary care groups within the classroom ad complete developmental screenings.
This position requires approval or certification by MSDE for 90/45 hour certificate, Bachelor's Degree from an accredited college or university, Two years related experience, demonstration of applied knowledge of curriculum and the fundamental principles of early childhood care and education, and demonstrated familiarity with cultural patterns existing within a community, which may affect the behavior of children, effective communication, both orally and in writing, establish relationships with children on a group and individual basis, gaining their confidence and trust and imparting a sense of security and able to work cooperatively with others.

CLINICAL VACANCIES:
Social Work - Requires a Master's of Social Work Degree from an accredited college or University and licensure (L.G.S.W. or L.C.S.W.-C).
Social Workers are responsible for providing individual, family and group therapy as well as case management services to youth. Social Workers may work with Foster Care, Treatment Foster Care, Residential/Shelter, Outpatient Mental Health or Special Education programs. Experience in programmatic area is preferred.
