Directions to Eastern Shore Group Homes
From Maryland, take Rt. 97 to Rt. 50/301 East toward the Bay Bridge. After crossing over the Bay Bridge, stay on Rt. 50/301 (Blue Star Memorial Highway). When Rt. 50 and Rt. 301 split, make a slight right onto Rt. 50 E/Ocean Gateway. Follow Rt. 50 to 404 East (Queen Anne Highway) and make a left. Follow 404 around the town of Denton (an alternate business route goes through the town). Make a left onto Route 16, Greenwood Road. From Route 16, make a left onto Substation Road. Follow Substation Road to Whitetail Farm Lane on the right, just prior to Hickman Road.
From Delaware, take Rt. 404 West (Seashore Highway). After crossing over the Maryland state line, make a right onto Route 16, Greenwood Road. Make a left onto Substation Road. Follow Substation Road to Whitetail Farm Lane on the right. Follow Substation Road to Whitetail Farm Lane on the right, just prior to Hickman Road.
