Christmas shopping for his CASA (Court Appointed Special Advocate), his biggest advocate, who visits him on weekends and for family engagement events. He says “It’s really nice to have someone there during the holidays.”For more pictures of our Christmas store in action visit www.boardofchildcare.org/2017/12/baltimore-campus-christmas-store-2017/
Each year at Christmas, the Board of Child Care Auxiliary sets up a Christmas Store for the children served by the Board of Child Care. The store stocks new and like new merchandise so each child has an opportunity to select Christmas gifts for the important people in their life. Even though the children may not live with their parents and siblings during the holiday, giving them Christmas gifts is very important to them.
We ask that you donate items that you would give as gifts to your own children or grandchildren.
No sharp objects or aerosol cans.
The children do not select Christmas ornaments or decorations so we do not need them at this time.
ALWAYS a need for hygiene items!
